2. What this site is

NoLuckNeeded is an information service that lists offers from third-party gambling operators ("partners"). We may receive a commission when you sign up or deposit through our links; this never changes what you pay. The order and selection of offers is decided by us and may take the commission we receive into account. We are not a gambling operator and take no bets or payments.

3. No advice

Content is provided for information only. Bonus terms, availability and eligibility are set by the partner and may change without notice; always read the partner's terms before signing up. Where our text and the partner's terms differ, the partner's terms apply.

4. Age and location

5. The Club and your account

You can sign in with a sign-in link sent to your e-mail address. The Club is a free loyalty programme: your level follows your activity with our e-mails, our sites and our partners, and higher levels can unlock extra sections and offers. Keep the e-mail account you sign in with secure; we may suspend an account used abusively. You can hide the Club at any time; to close your account write to privacy@noluckneeded.club.

6. E-mails from us

When you join the Club with your e-mail address we may send you NoLuckNeeded news and offers. Every such e-mail has an unsubscribe link, and you can object at any time by writing to privacy@noluckneeded.club. Messages about your account itself (a sign-in link, a security notice) are not marketing and are sent as part of the service.

7. Content and brands

Partner names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the offer. Our own texts may not be copied or republished without permission.

8. Changes

We may change this site or these terms with effect for the future; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for the partners' services, for a partner's bonus decisions or for losses from gambling. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

10. Final provisions

The laws of Hong Kong apply. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the rest stays in force.
