Responsible Gambling

Last updated: 2026-10-14

Gambling should stay fun

• Set a budget before you play and keep to it.
• Never gamble with money you need, or with borrowed money.
• Don't chase losses — a loss is the cost of the game, not a debt to win back.
• Don't play when you are upset, tired or under the influence.
• Take breaks and keep gambling one pastime among others.

Warning signs

Spending more than you planned, hiding how much you play from people close to you, borrowing to play, gambling to escape problems, neglecting work, studies or family. If some of this sounds familiar, talk to someone — the services below are free and confidential.

Tools at every partner

Deposit and loss limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion are available in the partner's account settings or from its support. Free blocking software for your devices: BetBlocker, Gamban.
